
Thirty dwellings make up this development on the western side of Bury St Edmunds. Baker's unlocked land assembled over time from plots belonging to Havebury Housing and a number of private land owners. We used our local knowledge and range of professional associates to create a valuable affordable housing scheme in close proximity to the town centre.
