Cross Green

Baker Construction created this charming village development of five dwellings in Cockfield, just a few miles south of Bury St Edmunds. The land was donated by a local farmer, keen to give people the opportunity to move back to the community they grew up in. Under the watchful eye of conservation officers and working towards designs sympathetic to the local landscape, Baker's constructed two single bedroom homes, two with two bedrooms and one three bedroom home.
