Mill Road

Baker Homes created eleven three bedroom semi-detached houses and one two bedroom bungalow in a thriving area close to the centre of Bury St Edmunds. It was made possible by bringing private and corporate landowners together to release a previously landlocked area for development, and required the strategic demolition of just one property before commencing with the construction of twelve.
