As part of a wider regeneration project, Baker 's created twenty new homes in a conservation area of Bury St Edmunds. An unsightly 1970s council building was carefully demolished to make way for a development of eight elegant three storey town houses and twelve apartments – two houses and six apartments for the Havebury Housing Partnership, the rest for private development. Every home soon became occupied.
