Apprenticeships & Training

We pride ourselves that our staff  are qualified to meet our own high standards as well as those of industry.  To achieve this we give training a high priority  -  through apprenticeships and/or appropriate college courses – for both our office and site based staff.

Tom Hunt joined us as a trainee surveyor and attends college one day a week. He has completed his 3 year foundation course and is now doing an honours degree. Colin Last took up a carpentry apprenticeship at 15 years of age and after 50 years with the company is about to retire.

Our commitment to training gives us continuity in the excellence of our staff now and in the future.
