
This large development in Rougham comprises twenty-eight two and three bedroom homes and two bungalows, all designed in accordance with The Homes and Communities Agency, achieving an EcoHomes rating of 'Very Good'. Early 1950s housing had previously stood on the site, but was no longer fit for residence. The Baker team demolished and cleared the site, allowing for the redevelopment of Smithy Close. On completion, these affordable new homes were quickly sold and occupied – many on a part buy, part rent basis.
