Langton Place

Langton Place is in the historic core of Bury St Edmunds. Baker Construction took a disused 1980s office block in the area and, after extensive gutting and restructuring, converted the two-storey building into eight new luxury two and three bedroom apartments with a stunning new entrance hall. One of the architects on the project was so impressed with the finished article he quickly snapped up a property. The owner has retained two apartments in the complex which is otherwise fully occupied.
