Our expertise in building affordable homes for shared ownership, key worker and social housing has been recognised by several leading Housing Associations including the Suffolk Housing Society, Havebury Housing Association, Guinness Trust, Orwell Housing Association and the e² Partnership.

Projects include our award winning development of 35 homes at Meadow Way, Barrow. In partnership with the Suffolk Housing Society, we were successful in winning a design and build competition organised by St Edmundsbury Borough Council. The scheme included 21 social housing properties for the Housing Society and 14 for private sale.

The need for places to live has never been greater and at least one third of the government’s target for eight million new homes falls into the affordable sector. Smithy Close

This large development in Rougham comprises twenty-eight two and three bedroom homes and two bungalows, all designed in accordance with The Homes and Communities Agency.

Outwestgate

Thirty dwellings make up this development, currently under construction on the western side of Bury St Edmunds.

Cross Green

Baker Homes created this charming village development of five dwellings in Cockfield, just a few miles south of Bury St Edmunds.
