After a number of years of negotiations and numerous consultations with planners and conservation officers the project for the conversion to achieve thirty five units consisting of maisonettes and flats will be underway February 2011. The scheme will incorporate shared ownership and rented units. The final agreed planning conditions required the existing envelope to remain predominately as seen with subtle alteration to enable the building to change from industrial to residential. Internally the development will be constructed to all current standards.
